    that is a very interesting image… those are unusually large number of lamp posts for such a small section. the walls of the palace look battery weary (those holes in walls are probably shell markings ?)

      To be honest Abu Zar, can’t remember if they were shell marking 😦 but they really look like.
      Yes, that is exactly what I thought when we were walking by the walls of the Royal Palace – they were so many, it looked unreal for a moment. And then, I thought about Magritte and his famous single lampost.

        forgot to add..keeping the vertical straight (would have required work) makes it more interesting.

      I know – it’s hard to believe that they would put so many lamp posts all in the same place! So it took me a while to decide what angle to take the shot from.

    Only if those walls could talk!….love the lamps; so many of them around the same path….great image!

      I know! I thought it was quite strange to have so many street lamps in a small section, crazy!
